The information collected by this website is strictly active,
this includes registration forms and email newsletter sign
up boxes. This website does NOT collect ANY information
by means of passive collection including the use of cookies
or other identifiers when the information is combined with

How this website will use your personal information.
The information we collect includes Name, Mailing Address,
Email Address, and Birth date. The name and address are
used to send you and your child a free magic trick and the
occasional news letter or special promotion offer. The email
address is to announce any public shows or TV appearances
that are scheduled last minute. By knowing your child’s
birth date we will be able to keep track of the average
child’s age that views our website. This will also allow
us to gear our magic shows to the appropriate age group.
Our third party policy
Our third party policy is very simple. We will not share
any of the information you or your child provides us, with
any third parties!
The Ban on Conditioning Participation
on information Collection
The rule prohibits website operators from conditioning a
child's participation in an activity - like a game or prize
